Custom-made items

Because our embroidery, woven patches and appliqué on garments (workwear, uniforms, caps, polo shirts, etc.) are made to your design and specifications, they are custom-made. Unless faulty or not as described, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom clothing decoration once production has started or been completed. This applies to all orders delivered within Great Britain and the UK.

Faults and errors

If your embroidery, patch or appliqué order is faulty, incorrect or not as agreed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inspect the items and, where we are at fault, offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate for customers in England, Scotland and Wales.
